Refund policy
Return/Exchange: I am happy to accept returns for store credit or an exchange. Items must be in original condition and returned within fourteen days of receiving the package. All returns must be pre-authorized via email.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and Twyla Dill Design is not responsible for packages lost in the mail. Please make sure you use a traceable shipping method to ensure it arrives.

Damaged Items: If items arrive damaged or broken we will replace the items, free of charge. If you are requesting an exchange for a different item you will be charged for return shipping and any additional amount if your new item is more than the original piece ordered.

Sale items and custom order are not eligible for refunds and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you can exchange it for store credit as long as you email us within the fourteen day period after arrival of the package.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
