Shipping policy

I create all my pieces especially for you in my Seattle studio. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your jewelry to be made and shipped to you, unless otherwise listed. If something is in-stock already, it will ship within 3-4 business days. 

Shipping is free within the US on all orders over $150!

Please read each product description to see if an item is made-to-order or in-stock. 

You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your item has shipped.

USPS Ground usually takes three or five days to ship within the US but is not guaranteed. If you need something faster select Express Mail or reach out for more information.

International Shipping: First Class International can take a little as ten days for shipping or more, depending on the destination. Please reach out to twyla@twyladill.com if you have any questions.
You are responsible for any import taxes/duties charged on your items.
